Have you ever wondered why your cat purrs? Bet you thought she was saying ÂThank you or ÂIÂm happy didnÂt you? Well, apparently not. That was FelixÂs way of going to the gym! Research done on cheetahs (?) has shown the incredible health benefits of vibration on the body. (Not that kind of vibration you dirty bleeders!) It helps stimulate blood circulation, warm the muscles and support the bodyÂs recovery. It also exerts extra force on the muscles, building them up without all that unnecessary strain.
